Patrick Sébastien, born November 14, 1953 in Brive-la-Gaillarde, is an impersonator, humorist, actor, director, singer, songwriter, writer, producer-host of French television entertainment shows and former rugby club manager.
He has produced and hosted numerous variety shows during his career. He has notably presented, on TF1: Carnaval, Sébastien c'est fou !, Le Grand Bluff. Then, on France 2: Le Plus Grand Cabaret du monde, Le Grand Cabaret sur son 31, De l'autre côté du miroir and Les Années bonheur.
He is also the author-interpreter of festive theme songs; among the most famous are Le Gambadou, La Fiesta (credits of the show Fiesta), Le Petit Bonhomme en mousse, C'est chaud, Pourvu que ça dure, Les Sardines, Ah... If you could shut your mouth..., Tournez les serviettes and Happy Birthday.
